Meet Your Host
Kevin Lepsoe (@lepsoe) is a veteran financial engineer and entrepreneur featured across a number of global media outlets.
Hailing from traditional finance, he started as an options trader then went on to lead the Financial Engineering and Structuring teams at Barclays Capital, and Morgan Stanley. Thinking he had had enough of Finance, he went into Tech building enterprise-SaaS solutions used by 100s of Multinationals, and Fortune 500s and SMEs.
Now at the intersection of Finance and Tech, he’s the Founder of Infinity Exchange, an Institutional Money Markets protocol.
With a background in both global capital markets, and technology, he’s looking to identify and inspire builders to create the next trillion dollar idea.
The Mission
What does Institutional DeFi look like? What are the gaps? What are the opportunities?
How do we build businesses and protocols that are robust enough for not billions, but trillions of dollars.
Move-fast-and-break-things isn’t good enough. Back-of-the-envelope is too messy. We’re looking to dive deep into product, ecosystem development and where possible, economics and theoretical finance.
It’ll be fun, it’ll be contentious, but it’ll help us find that next trillion dollar idea.
